Urgent Care and useful contacts over the Christmas and New Year Period

NEED TO SEE A GP OVER CHRISTMAS

The Practice will be shut on December 25th, December 26th and January 1st.

From Monday December 23rd of December until Thursday 2nd January there will not be any routine appointments, only urgent. There will be an open surgery each morning, patients who arrive by 11 am will be seen, although the wait time to see the doctor may be longer than usual.

Please note patients will be seen on a strict ‘first come first served’ basis and will not be able to choose which doctor they might see.

Please also ensure that you order any medications by 18/12/2024 at the latest so you can avoid running low or out of medication over the Christmas period.

The extended working access will be in operation for telephone consultations and face-to-face appointments at either Fairfax Group Practice Prestwich, Radcliffe Primary Care Centre or Moorgate Bury. Please contact the surgery to pre-book.

You can also contact NHS 111 online https://111.nhs.uk/ or to speak to someone dial 111 from a telephone.
