Reception levels and staff levels are not fit for purpose had to wait to let the receptionist know i was here for my appointment

Appointments need to be more available with the senior doctors for advance bookings of importance

 

If you have long standing issues it is hard to see the same doctor who is up to speed with your case

I have always found the receptionist and doctors very helpful and pleasant

 

Been with the practice for a year and first impressions are not good. First visit was unsuccessful and did not like the gp or attitude, also I have been prescribed medication without seeing the doctor which seems odd

Have been unable to see Dr Schryer usually see dr who does not know me therefore I only attend when sent for

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment when needed. It causes me distress and makes my condition much worse

 

The surgery is doing well but needs better receptionists sometimes seeing a different doctors makes me have more blood tests than needed, registrars need to look careful at blood results

I would prefer for me and my family to go to a lager practice where there is time for us not everyone has time to sit and call

 

I chose this practice because it is the only one people I know didn’t complain about. I have had trouble getting online so I can make appointments

If you can’t see a doctor the receptionists should give you advice what to do and where to go

 

Lovely doctors practice all the doctors and receptionists are friendly and make coming to the doctors easy

Appreciate the need for music outside the rooms but it could be quieter or more relaxing less aggressive

 

Vision online went on the system last Thursday and there were no doctors’ appointments available…………………the system not helpful of efficient appointment should be offered for a2 week period and updated on a twice weekly basis

 

Dr Davidson is excellent and will make a brilliant GP{

I don’t understand why it is so difficult to make an appointment even a week in advanced, not impressed with the service. The doctor I see is very good though

There is a nurse that is condescending and impolite. Gives an oral test on how to respond in scenarios where first aid is needed. If she really cared she could hand out slips with clear instructions instead of putting people on the spot

 

Some reception staff are particularly unhelpful
